Amazing job. Chris is very responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his service. Our experience with Arizona Pristine Roofing was great. They handled everything with the insurance and made the process stress free for us.

Long story short we had micro burst that took out our tile roof. We had estimates from a couple other companies before Chris came out to give us his estimate. Unlike everyone else Chris walked us through the process on what would happen with the repair and how he will deal with insurance. The part where he sold us on his service is where he took the time to patch and seal our damage roof to prevent any water damage that may occur from being exposed. There was a good amount of rain that was forecast for that week. It rained for a couple of nights and we did not have any issues. It was nice to one less thing to stress about.

His team did an amazing job on the repairs. They covered up areas around my house to ensure that no damages would happen around my house as they were in the demo phase of the repair. After the repairs were completed they did an amazing job cleaning up. About week after the repairs we got an alert on our camera and saw he came by to look at the roof. He followed up with a text just to see if everything was good to go.

I don’t ever want to have anything like this happen to us again but if it does happen again and I need roofing work done, I will know who to call.
